Planning Future Moments
I have a love/hate relationship with technology.
I am sure I am not alone.
So I decided that I don’t want to focus on the moment, I want to diversify and talk about many moments. So, I am retiring A Northwest Moment and replacing it with Northwest Moments.
I have moved the site away from WordPress.Com. This site is still WordPress but is self-hosted using Name Cheap servers. The details behind this change can be found here: On Migrating from WordPress.com
On the coming months
This is a new year and a new decade. I plan to maintain my focus on my photography. I plan to continue to train Liddy and we will bring home a few more titles this year. I plan to do a better job of planning my work. So…
In January, the focus was on Liddy – A Successful Weekend –
In February, the focus is on my workspace. I have just replaced all of the furniture in my office/den/cave – call it the Dave Cave. Ikea did well by me last week. The work is not yet complete as I need to fill the cabinets that now grace the wall behind me, but it looks so much better. Photos to come.
In March, we have a photo safari to Utah planned.
And that would be the first quarter of the year done.
Major events this year
We have the Spring Fair in April.
We are going to have Liddy accessed as a Service Dog in British Columbia.
There will be some Northwest Photo Safaris.
The Fall Fair Photo Salon will consume most of August and September.
We plan another vacation to Hawaii. Probably on Kawai and probably in October/November.
We have an invitation to spend Christmas in Victoria BC this year.
Lots of opportunities, lots of challenges, lots of fun.
Come along with us.
